Salted Caramel Blondie

8 Ingredients


1 Large Egg 

1 cup Brown Sugar  

¼ cup Canola Oil 

1 t Vanilla Essence  

1 cup Flour 

¼ t Salt 

⅓ cup Caramilk Bar (chopped) 

½  cup Eta Thick Cut Ready Salted Potato Chips (crushed) 



Step 1

Whisk egg add brown sugar, oil and vanilla essence. Sift in the dry ingredients, mix.


Step 2

Gently add in caramilk. Spoon into greased or lined baking dish. 


Step 3

Sprinkle chips on top. Bake 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees.  


Step 4

Stand in dish 5-10 minutes. Remove and serve.
