Salted Chocolate Caramel Slice
Preheat oven at 180 degrees, fan bake.
Blitz the pack of Dundees, and roughly crush the Salted Chips.
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl, combine with the melted butter.
Place into a baking tray and firmly press down to condense ingredients, creating your base.
Bake for 10-15 mins.
Add butter to pan on medium heat.
Follow by adding condensed milk and golden syrup. Careful to not burn, continue stirring to build colour.
Once slightly darkened add to the top of your biscuit base after baking.
Bake for 15 to 20 mins until colour develops on top of the caramel.
Add butter to pan on medium low heat.
Add cooking chocolate and continue stirring to slowly melt.
Add salt. Wait for slice to cool before topping with the choc topping. Sprinkle of crushed chips.
